This bubbler is definitely on point! One of my favorites. It looks killer and the functionality is amazing. Showed up in a nice carrying case along with a bic and candy! The build quality is superb and too notch! Been a Chameleon fan and owner for years now and definitely wont stop! Super impressed!!!

I have had this for about a week. It’s ok the design is nice and the functionality of the perc is ok. The main problem is that the holes in the perc are to small and it gets clogged faster than any piece I’ve ever had. If I had looked at how small the perc holes were I probably wouldn’t have bought this. The hole in the bowl is also too small.

-The downstem is open, but not wide open because we close the bottom to match the diffuser holes we pop to diffuse the smoke and force it through all of the holes instead of all through a large hole at the bottom.
The bowl hole is between 1.5 and 2.5 MM wide. We have a measurement tool as part of QC. If it does not fit, it’s too small and will clog, if it fits with extra room, it’s too big and will pull through too much.
I wish you to be happy with your purchase, so, if we need to trade out, we trade out. If we need to swap for something else, we swap. If it’s a straight return for credit, then so be it, return for credit.

This is my second one since the first one I bought over a decade ago broke when I dropped it while cleaning it of course ^^.
I like the one I had so much I had to get it again even though I had to ship it across the pond and pay import tax etc. It just feels very thought out in its design. Its the right dimensions and the perc works beautifully. Its not hastefully made but feels like its made with care, nothing like the crap china glass. I’ve never had it clogged but I also clean it every day I use it by running hot tap water through it for a minute or so. So it takes a while before it gets so dirty I want to clean with acetone/iso and salt.
If I had anything I would like to change it would be that the glass would be thicker for a nicer feel and that the perc would be even more diffused with perhaps a showerhead design or matrix design both with tiny holes to really get the foam going.
