Functional

This model is fabricated on durable 50mm width x 5mm thickness Pyrex boriosilicate for maximum chunky hand feel. First, Cobalt Blue and Grass Green coat the back of the dichro strips. Then 50 x 5 clear tube is cupped out into a wine glass. The prepared dichro is laid in under constant flame and fully melted / incorporated into the cup.

Art

Lots of colored dichro is added, then the internal silver fume for color change is added. Colored crushed glass finishes the construction. A favorite hot rod of mine is the 1971 Dodge Super Bee. The choice of colors has informed the Phantom’s scheme. Sparkly flecks of metallic mixed with Black and a contrasting bright color. The Dichro Phantom Glass Pipe offers selections of Blue and Green Dichro adjacent to Onyx Black with one of three bright colors; Red, Orange or Yellow.
