Description

The Big Bowl Ash Catcher Honeycomb Screen Glass Pipe is the ultimate smoking accessory named for its large, deep Honeycomb Screen bowl and its Ash Catcher Mouthpiece. With a 5/8″ wide x 3/4″ deep bowl, this heavy-duty unit boasts a bigger bowl size than the normal punch size of a similar color-changing glass pipe. To make sure it’s perfect for customers, 10 prototypes were made with different width and depth combinations, all loaded with the same leaf and tested. The optimal big bowl size provides a good circle, without the char flavor from smoke. With a Honeycomb Screen to the bowl and an Ash Catcher to the mouthpiece, this pipe offers a smooth smoking experience that’s hard to beat.

Handmade in the USA, this pipe is made with the utmost care and attention to detail.

I smoked out of this bowl for about a month and it was my favorite of all time, but last night i went to poke it out and the inside of the bowl just pushed right in, super thin glass in the bowl.

I think this is a common issue with all glass, especially hot, just been used glass.

Don’t poke your bowl with anything larger than a small paper clip.

The glass is not thin, the honeycomb screen we weld into place is around 2.5mm thick, and the glass tube used to form the pipe is 4mm thick. The issue, whether made by Chameleon or anyone else, is that if you use a standard 3mm thick poker, you risk wrenching the glass at an angle. When you put torsional stress on hot glass, it is going to pop. Period.

The reason I tell everyone to use a paper clip, and use one myself, is that even when the glass has just been used, the paperclip will bend before it breaks the glass.

    Best. Bowl. Ever.

I love this pipe. I’ve been a huge fan of chameleon glass for years but this one knocks it out of the park. The bowl is the perfect size in that it burns evenly and thoroughly. It’s the first bowl that I don’t have to flip to finish it, it burns all the way through. And the honeycomb and ash catcher design is fantastic not a single “snack” while burning. Well worth the money I may buy another as a backup just in case I butterfinger this one!

    Excellent pipe

I like it very much, goes well. The only thing I got to say is that it’s hard to clean properly if you don’t wash it everyday. But still, the greatest pipe I’ve got.
    Came with a nice case!

Hi Marie, Give it a 1 hour submerged soak in a cup or jar in Isopropyl alcohol or other commercially available glass pipe cleaner like Kleen, Grunge Off or Formula 420. Should only need a quick rinse in hot tap water after that :)
