Tis’ The Season … to Get Baked

Without a doubt, the best part of the holiday season is eating without worrying about the consequence. From exquisite dinners to delicious drinks and mouth-watering desserts, adding cannabis could be a fun way to spice things up! We already shared a cannalicious recipe last season; now we are planning to get you baked with these recipes!

“Baked” Ham

Baked Ham

Can you even call it Christmas dinner without a Christmas ham? Wow your guests with this cannabis-infused glazed ham recipe!

Ingredients

● 1 smoked cured ham 8-12 pounds
● 1/8 cup whole cloves of garlic
● 2/3 cup brown sugar
● 1 cup apple cider
● 1/2 cup orange juice
● 1/4 cup cannabis-infused oil
● 1/4 cup mustard sauce
● 1 tsp cinnamon
● 1/4 tsp garlic powder
● Salt

Directions

This baby will feed about 12 people and is easy to make! After preheating your oven to 300°F, stud your ham with cloves of garlic by making small incisions that resemble diamonds throughout the fat. Be careful not to slice the meat itself. Afterward, combine the mustard, garlic powder, cinnamon, apple cider, cannabis oil, brown sugar, salt, and orange juice into a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently. The longer you cook, the thicker it will become. Baste the ham generously with the glaze, and bake for 1.5-2 hours. Make sure to baste your ham every 15 minutes throughout the baking process. Cover with foil and let the ham cool for 20 minutes before serving it to the peeps waiting to feed their tums AND their heads! Don’t worry about leftovers, after the mad munchies kick in, there won’t be any.

Note: Don’t have access to cannabis oil? No problem – there are two solutions:

1) Substitute your own canna-butter
2) Use the same amount of Hemp Oil and infuse with 1 Tbsp loose pollen/kief.
