Today’s Piece of the Day is a store demo of one of the first Palm Tree diffuser percs I ever saw. It’s made by Lux, the brand created by the ‘misunderstanding’ between the previous owner of RooR USA and the owner of RooR. It was to prove a point that people wanted multiple section filtration and cooling. Lux didn’t become RooR Tech, but it layed the foundation. Lux paid attention to details to make sure to prove the point, which they did! I’m going to date this around 2005. The unique does not stop there. As a promotional spiff, a downstem cleaner was included with the piece. I kept it together with the demo piece and it is now available to the person who hopefully will appreciate the heritage. NGL, the store did not have an RO system, so there are some water spots from doing demos, but it has never been used with leaf or oil.

Piece of the Day 03052024 is the latest addition from a collection of very unique one of a kind Chameleon prototypes, archived and found during physical inventory models alongside local Arizona artist pieces that we’ve conserved and curated over the years.
