Love this thing was devastated it failed.
Had this for just short of 6 months.
The bowl collapsed…..
Loved the feel and look of this but I guess there was a fluke in the glass.

Hi Graphy, Thanks for the photo. I can’t see the entire bowl, but what I can see is a smooth crack. Smooth cracks indicate either a raw materials issue or workmanship and we warrant that kind of failure. Jagged edge cracks indicate a percussive (dropped) or torsional (torque from a tool) break. Would you like a replacement or would you like credit towards a different model?
