didn’t really care for bowls a few months ago and i only ordered this one because i wanted a color fumed bowl and im so happy with it i smoke out of it more than any of my other pieces and i really like how much you can pack in it i don’t even pack it really tight and it still smokes so good and it smokes forever for a bowl, the only issue i have with this piece is that one small spot on my bowl is clear like the color wont change there its like half inch if that in length and a few cms wide its small i know but i dont want a see through circle and line in my bowl lol but other then that one small thing no issues, i definitely would recommend this piece and i will get another if mine ever breaks

Poor quality, company takes no responsibility

For a company that claims to think so much about the product they make, this was a huge disappointment. When I buy a glass piece, I expect it to last if I take care if it – this one could not withstand exposure to heat, and the glass broke from simply wiping out the bowl after very limited use. Don’t waste your money.
And no, it wasn’t from a poker, it was from wiping. Other than that and cleanser, I only use pipe cleaners.
So, see them say for themselves: their product should have lasted way longer, it didn’t, and they think I’m crazy for expecting better – they don’t know what to tell me for expecting the quality them claim? Don’t shop here!

Hello RIP. I agree, a well cared for glass pipe will last far more than 8 months. The picture you sent clearly has jagged edges in the bowl hole. There is only one way to get that, torqueing the bowl in a side to side motion with a poker. ‘Wiping it’ will absolutely NOT cause that damage and if you think any glass pipe company is going to provide warranty for a pipe 8 months after purchase that clearly has been damaged, I’m not sure what to tell you.
Update: Hi RIP, I see that you took the time to return and update your rant. Let’s see, you removed the bit about the poker, the 8 months of use and the fact that you did not buy it from Chameleon, it was a given to you. I’ve not seen anyone be so passionate about a piece they got for free. All very interesting. I get it though! I received a salad bowl from Target, used it for 6 months and chipped it while I was doing the dishes. Those bastards at Target wouldn’t give me a new one for free or credit my original purchase either. What IS this world coming to?
