The Dab Butler Recycler Glass Bubbler features an external recycler. While not limited to small and micro devices, recyclers allow for smaller pipes to offer water filtration in a compact unit because of how they solve the splash problem. Traditional technique is to use a splash guard to block upward splash by pinching or discing glass at the base of the neck. Instead of trying to block upward splash as water exits the main reservoir, a recycler allows for water to exit the main reservoir, but the water is directed horizontally (away from the mouthpiece) instead of vertically (into the mouthpiece).
